The staff is super friendly and nice, we really enjoyed their service. The room is pretty big and the bed and pillows are really comfy. 😊

I arrived at check in time and it took over 30 minutes for them to have a room ready for me. I also didn't like the poor patch up job on the wall next to the bathtub. The end.

I did not like them taking an extra $50.00 from my account in case I broke a lamp. I want that money back as quick as they took it. I'm on disability and cannot afford the added $50.00. I paid $230.00 for 2 nights. I believe I was overcharged. Please help me

Staff was friendly.

The room was dirty. Had the same peanut on the night stand from the night we checked in to the time we left. The beds were very uncomfortable, the air conditioner was very noisy and kept waking us up every time it came on. The chairs in the room had cigarette burns in the cushion. The iron in the room leaked and stained my wife's blous. The pool room was dirty and workers couldn't find light switch and we had to eat diner in the dark for over 30 minutes while they tried to locate breaker.

The room here was spacious and new, equipped with a comfortable bed and safety features like smoke detectors, along with convenient amenities such as central heating, a variety of TV channels, and a microwave oven.

Couldn't move shower head so water went on floor. Running children above.

Will come back, the hotel was fairly clean, and location close to great dining options was particularly good. Location: the property was near a shopping outlet and an Applebee's and other eateries and Dallas. Found Applebee's with perfect drinks 900 feet away.

The breakfast here is awesome! They serve really tasty products. The rooms come with a private bathroom, a big TV, and a comfy pullout couch. 🌟

Strongly recommend and would book again, it was a great stay. The bagged breakfast suits us well.

When we arrived we were a bit early and had to wait for check in time, not a big deal- we went and got something to eat. When we returned at 3 the king size room we ordered was not available so we were upgraded to a king suite at no charge. Facilities were excellent, staff was courteous, price was reasonable.
